Bapi Finance LLC ("Bapi," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Bapi mobile application (the "App") and the website located at bapifinance.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our App or Site (collectively, the "Services").

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the App, or by accessing the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Services.

Bapi is not a lender. We are an independent loan offer marketplace that connects users with third-party licensed lenders. This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect directly. Lenders you visit through our platform have their own privacy policies, which govern how they handle your information after you leave Bapi.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide to Us

When you create an account or use the App, we collect the following information that you provide directly:

• Full name — collected during account registration and onboarding
• Email address — used for account creation, verification, and transactional communications
• Phone number — collected during onboarding to help match you with relevant offers
• ZIP code — used to determine which loan offers are available in your area

We do not collect your Social Security Number (SSN), date of birth, income, employment information, or bank account details. Any such information is collected directly by the lender you choose to apply with — not by Bapi.

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you use our Services, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:

• Device information — device type, operating system version, device identifiers
• App usage data — screens viewed, features used, time spent in the app, tap and scroll behavior
• Log data — IP address, access times, pages or screens viewed, app crashes and error reports
• Location data — approximate location derived from your ZIP code or IP address (we do not collect precise GPS location)

1.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive limited information from third-party service providers that help us operate our Services, such as analytics providers and infrastructure services. We do not purchase or receive personal data from data brokers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To provide and operate the Services:

• Create and manage your account
• Display loan offers relevant to your location and profile
• Enable you to browse, compare, and navigate to lender pages

To communicate with you:

• Send account-related emails (registration confirmation, password reset, account security notices)
• Send transactional notifications related to your use of the App
• We do not send marketing emails or promotional push notifications without your explicit consent

To improve our Services:

• Analyze how users interact with the App to identify and fix issues
• Improve the relevance and quality of loan offers displayed
• Conduct internal research and product development

To comply with legal obligations:

• Respond to lawful requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities
• Enforce our Terms of Use and protect our legal rights
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use of the Services

To operate our business:

• Track referral activity to lenders for billing and reporting purposes (Bapi earns a referral fee when users visit a lender through the App)

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

3.1 With Lenders (Only Upon Your Action)

We do not automatically share your personal information with lenders listed in the App. Your information is only shared with a lender when you actively tap on that lender's offer and choose to visit their website or application. At that point, you are leaving Bapi's platform and entering the lender's own environment, which is governed by their privacy policy.

3.2 With Service Providers

We may share information with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, including cloud hosting, analytics, transactional email delivery, crash reporting, and app performance monitoring. These providers are contractually required to use your information only as directed by us and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

3.3 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose your information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, protect rights and safety, or detect and prevent fraud or security issues.

3.4 Business Transfers

If Bapi is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or other business transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website (bapifinance.com) may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, understand navigation behavior, and measure content effectiveness. You can control cookies through browser settings.

The App itself does not use browser cookies but may use similar device-based identifiers for analytics and performance monitoring purposes.

5. Geographic Availability and State-Specific Rights

The Bapi App is available to residents of all U.S. states except New York. We do not knowingly provide Services to residents of New York.

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may have rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Other State Privacy Laws

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. If you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where legal or legitimate business retention obligations apply.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and security reviews. No system is 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.

9. Links to Third-Party Sites

The App includes links to third-party lender websites. When you click an offer and leave Bapi, third-party privacy policies apply.

10. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Bapi account at any time by contacting support@bapifinance.com. Upon a verified request, we will deactivate your account and delete personal information within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify you by email and/or a prominent in-app notice.
